Relieve Medical Supply will arrange for return shipping on any items shipped incorrectly and will pay the necessary expenses. Customers are responsible for return shipping under any other circumstances.

Call us for prior authorization to assure proper shipping instructions and credit issuance at 763-780-3002. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST.

Pre-authorized returns must be sent within 7 days of the invoice date for a full credit or replacement. For items returned after 7 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Relieve Medical Supply assumes no responsibility for any merchandise lost or damaged by unauthorized returns. No credit will be issued unless merchandise is received in good condition.

Here's How to Make a Return ...

Step 1:

Before returning any product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting our customer service representatives at 763-780-3002. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RMA number will not be processed.  No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

Step 2:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to Relieve Medical Supply. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other parcel carrier of your choice. All products to be returned must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Step 3:

Relieve Medical Supply will exchange, repair or issue you a credit towards a future purchase once the product has been received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your returned item.

Step 4:

If you are returning an item that is defective or that was shipped in error by Relieve Medical Supply, we apologize for your inconvenience. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

Terms & Policies

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Relieve Medical Supply is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Footrests or leg-rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

Some items require a valid prescription on file prior to being shipped.  These items are designated as such in the product description.  You may submit a copy of your prescription via email to websales@relievemedicalsupply.com or by fax at 763-780-3008.  Once your prescription has been verified, your order will be shipped.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

All defective products, except wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts, will be accepted by Relieve Medical Supply for credit, exchange or repair, at Relieve Medical Supply's discretion within 7 days from the invoice date. All defective wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts will be accepted by Relieve Medical Supply for repair or replacement only, at Relieve Medical Supply's discretion within 7 days from the invoice date. After 7 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days from date of invoice. Those returns authorized by Relieve Medical Supply's are subject to a restocking fee of 25%, and must be completed within 7 days of the date of invoice. Due to manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Relieve Medical Supply's for repairs only -no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.

Relieve Medical Supply reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 7 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

All services provided, including the advertisement, ordering, sale, delivery, instruction and setup of the products, are performed solely by Relieve Medical Supply and independently of the manufacturer.

Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, incontinence products, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs for oversized and heavy items (i.e. large scales, big anatomical models, etc.) are sometimes calculated by weight and not by this shipping table. The order total will always be shown to you in your shopping cart during checkout before you finalize the order.

Note: Products that do not apply to the Standard Shipping Tier Formula, the shipping price will be specified in the product description.

Relieve Medical Supply does not currently ship any product outside of the United States and its Territories.

Relieve Medical Supply does not currently ship to any PO Box (including APO and AEO) addresses.

Estimated time to ship (the "usually ships within" time listed on product's detail page) reflects order processing time and not delivery time. Total time to delivery depends on shipping method chosen at checkout. Stock and availability are subject to change
